This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Herriot Business Consulting, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Information when you visit or interact with our websites, content, programs, events, and services, including without limitation the Time Freedom® brand and the following domains and platforms: herriotconsulting.com, brianherriot.com, brianherriot.substack.com, timefreedomlive.com, timefreedombook.com, timefreedompodcast.com, timefreedomforecast.com, timefreedom.community, timefreedomcalculator.com, timefreedomfirst.com, and any related landing pages, email communications, or online tools (collectively, the “Sites”). This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Sites.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us and information that is automatically collected when you access the Sites. “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
We may collect your name and email address when you subscribe to emails, register for events, join programs, complete forms, submit testimonials or comments, participate in surveys, quizzes, or calculators, or otherwise interact with the Sites. If you make a purchase, we may collect billing and shipping address information and transaction details; payment information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored by us.
EVENT AND PROGRAM INFORMATION
If you register for live events, workshops, memberships, or programs, we may collect registration details necessary to administer your participation.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may voluntarily submit content such as testimonials, comments, survey responses, quiz answers, or other materials. Any such submissions are collected as Personal Information to the extent they identify you.
INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

DO NOT TRACK
The Sites do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe to our emails, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. You may continue to receive non-marketing communications related to transactions, programs, or services.
MINORS
The Sites are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
